Dear Member,

Please find attached to this letter your formal notification for the combined Annual General Meetings of the Black Mountains Gliding Club Co Ltd and Talgarth Airfield Co Ltd, to be held on Friday 6^th April 2007 at 7pm, at the Talgarth Rugby Club, High Street, Talgarth.

Paid up Full, Country, Joint and Student members 18 years of age and over are entitled to vote. Others are very welcome to attend the meeting but may not vote. A proxy voting appointment form is attached to the agenda, for those members who may wish to vote but cannot attend.

The format of the evening will be the same as for last year. The bar will open at 6:30pm and the meeting will start at 7.00pm. After the meeting, there will be a buffet and a chance to exchange views with the committee and other club members.

Members are welcome to bring a guest. It would greatly help the catering organisation if you could let Clive Micklewright know if you expect to attend, and whether you will be bringing a guest. Please e-mail him on Clive.Micklewright@powyslhb.wales.nhs.uk or leave a message in the office on the airfield by Monday 28^th March.

Company Accounts and the Minutes of the AGM 2006 will be available for members to see and download from the members’ area of the club web site twenty one clear days before the AGM. The address is <www.talgarthgc.co.uk>. The members’ user name is “mem2006” and the password is “redkite” (all lower case).

The Accounts will be laid before members at the AGM.

Any Ordinary Resolution from a member for the meeting should please be sent to the Secretary at the airfield fourteen days before the meeting.
