Dear Member,
Attached is your
formal notification for the Annual General Meeting to be held on Friday 14th
April 2005 at 7pm, upstairs at the Talgarth Rugby Club, High Street, Talgarth.
Paid up Full, Country,
Joint and Student members over 18 years of age are entitled to vote. Others are
welcome to attend the meeting but may not vote. A proxy voting appointment form
is attached to the agenda.
The format of the
evening will be the same as for last year. The bar will open at 6:30pm and the
meeting will start at 7.00pm. After the meeting, there will be a buffet and a
chance to exchange views with the committee and other club members.
Members are welcome to
bring a guest. It would greatly help the catering organisation if you could let
Clive Micklewright know if you expect to attend, and whether you will be
bringing a guest. Please e-mail him on Clive.Micklewright@powyslhb.wales.nhs.uk or leave a message in the office by Monday 28th
March at the latest.
